I never thought I'd get to read a novel like this from someone I know. And I have to admit, I was hesitant because of that reason because my favorite genre is crime stories focusing on female characters., like Patricia Cornwell, J. D. Robb, Sue Grafton and the like. But, I loved it. Read straight through it, then went back and read it again. I'd love to see a sequel, or more along this line. My only complaint....... it wasn't long enough. I am excited to see where Karen takes me in her next novel. Now I need the paperback version so I can take it with me.Product details

Read this book in just a few days and I am not much of a reader! I could NOT put it down!! Forever definitely keeps you wondering what is going to happen next and then surprises you with twists. I would recommend it to anyone. Can't wait to see what Karen comes out with next!
Forever is an interesting story with quite a few twists and turns to make you wonder at the start who the bad guy is, but there are a few inconsistencies and spelling/grammar errors. Nice and easy to read over a weekend, with believable characters.
I choose this rating because I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. I know and grew up in the same town as the author so didn't know what to expect. I sincerely enjoyed the whole story. It would have earned a fifth star except it got a little off track in one section. Great job, Karen.
Gripping, suspenseful and wonderfully detailed. I couldn't wait to get to the next chapter to see what happened next. Now I can't wait for the next book by this author!
Forever kept me interested, wondering what would happen next. I'm looking forward to reading the prequel to Forever, Westwind Drive, to learn more about the main character, Jessica, and the influences in her life that shaped her into the person she became.
Karen has developed a very interesting story that I found quite entertaining. I believe as she continues to pursue this career, she will only improve. I expect to see great things out of her in the future.
Poorly written. Too much detailed information on trival things like birthday party decorations ..story progressed too slowly without much happening. Shouldnt be classified as horror. Not remotely close to Dean Koontz writing skills or story lines.
